Specializing in investment acquisition and disposition, Phil’s clients love that he understands the service industry and all aspects of investment real estate and property management. Before joining CRA, he owned the largest building maintenance and janitorial service organization in the Tulsa area for ten years before selling it. He is a member of the Oklahoma Chapter of CCIM’s and is a CCIM candidate. Phil is a dedicated OSU alum with a degree in business administration.
